Can I start on Lite and move to Enterprise later?
Yes. You can run on Lite while your team is growing and switch to Enterprise when you need a dedicated runtime, full module suite or on-prem deployment.
Does Lite have full feature parity with Enterprise?
Lite uses plan-based module entitlements, so some advanced modules and customization options are reserved for higher plans or Enterprise. Core HR, payroll, attendance, leave, recruitment, manpower supply and the ESS / agency / supplier portals are all available on Lite.
Where is Lite data hosted vs Enterprise?
Lite runs on multi-tenant regional cloud infrastructure with an isolated database per tenant. Enterprise can be deployed on-premises, in a private cloud, or in a region you specify.
