Does StimesERP Lite generate the UAE WPS SIF file?
Yes. The payroll module produces the Wage Protection System (WPS) SIF file in the format required by UAE banks and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE).
How is end-of-service gratuity calculated?
Gratuity rules follow UAE Federal Labour Law (and configurable equivalents for other GCC countries), with limited-term and unlimited-term contract variants, slab-based daily wage and exit-reason factors.
